SALAD DRESSINGS
Serve up with simple seasonal salads, beautifully dressed using recipes from our dressing collection.
POMEGRANATE VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
1 pomegranate
40ml Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
40ml vegetable oil
Juice of 2 lemons
Pinch of sugar
Flat parsley, chopped
Maldon Sea Salt and pepper
1 small lemon, freshly zested
1 small orange, freshly zested
METHOD
- Combine pomegranate seeds with oils, lemon juice and sugar.
- Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust if necessary.
- Add the chopped parsley just before serving – this will help to stop it discolouring
HONEY & OLIVE VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
165g clover honey
1 tbsp coarse grain mustard
65ml Belazu White Condimento Balsamic Vinegar
300ml Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Maldon Sea Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Whisk together honey and vinegar in a blow.
- Gradually add the oil, whisking constantly
- Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust if necessary.
