- Free range chicken crown
- Morel mushrooms
- bunch of wild garlic
- Estate Dairy unsalted cultured butter
- potatoes
- fresh thyme
- Estate Dairy double cream
- curly kale
- Pancetta
- reduced chicken stock
- Panko breadcrumb
- banana shallots
Dessert
- dark chocolate
- caster sugar
- Cacklebean eggs
- Estate Dairy salted cultured butter
- cocoa powder

- corn flour

- Carnation caramel
- Honeyrose All Butter Shortbread
- clotted cream
Additional ingredients needed at home
- table salt and black pepper

EQUIPMENT
- Ovenproof dish, skillet or ramekins for baking the dessert - James uses a cast iron dish to serve his. You can use a larger dish, but the cooking time will need to be adjusted.
- A fryer for cooking the Cacklebean eggs - This is not essential, as James also guides you through frying the eggs in a saucepan of oil.
