Pattipan Squash (each)

  • Pattipan Squash (each)

This little, scalloped Pattipan Squash is so young and tender that you can eat the whole squash. There's no need to peel, just chop into chunks and roast, griddle or steam for a flavoursome treat.

Ours is grown by Clive Martin on his fenland farm in East Anglia. Clive's father and grandfather started out growing spuds and onions. However, Clive has branched out and now grows asparagus, rhubarb, globe artichokes, and no less than 14 different types of squash.
