De Cecco Orecchiette (500G)
Orecchiette pasta is an artisan pasta from Puglia in Southern Italy. Orecchiette gets its name from the Italian word for 'small ear' reflecting the shape of the pasta. The most famous orecchiette pasta dish is orecchiette with cime di rapa but it is also popular with a tomato-based sauce 'al sugo', with ragù and with locally-made ricotta.
