Most of the Passion Fruits you'll find in the UK are produced in Colombia. Ours are from Vietnam, a less common country of origin but fast-becoming more popular as they have a much fuller flavour than their Colombian counterparts. These exotic fruits have a silky, shiny appearance and a delicious, slightly tart flavour that can be spooned over yoghurt, eaten raw, or boiled with sugar and drizzled over panna cotta or cheesecake.
