Lean Meat Selection

Our Lean Meat Selection has been put together to feature a selection of lean cuts, perfect if you're looking to prepare healthy, nutritious, and flavoursome meals. The box contains the perfect amount of meat for two people to have four meals. As with all our produce, the meat is ethically reared, and every cut is delivered fresh.

This box rotates on a weekly basis. Here's what you can expect in this week's box:

2 x 7-8oz Ox Cheeks 

500g Old English Lean Pork Sausages 

500g Stir Fry Chicken Strips 

500g Minced Beef Steak 

Please note that we do not currently use chill packaging, so please make sure someone is at home to receive your delivery.

THE PRODUCER

R&J Yorkshire’s Finest Farmers & Butchers is one of the very few catering butchers in the country to maintain their own herd. Their product range either comes from their own farm on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, or from their network of top quality suppliers and co-operative farmers. All of their suppliers have all been very carefully selected for their focus on taste and animal welfare. 

When R&J Yorkshire’s Finest was established by Robert and Jo over 40 years ago in 1978, they supplied top quality produce from their farm, and cooperative farmers & suppliers across Yorkshire, to their customers. Since then they have always aimed to produce the finest meat in the country, and their meat can now be found in many of the UK's best restaurants.
