Maple 8 is produced using fine quality maple syrup, from Quebec, Canada which is fermented in French oak barrels for four years. This unique vinegar is naturally sweet, with a rounded, crisp acidity and maple, oak, vanilla and honey notes, perfect for use as a marinade or even in desserts.
