Produced in the town of Corato, in Puglia, in the South of Italy, Granoro was founded by Attilio Mastromauro, whose family have been making pasta since the beginning of the 20th Century. A master in the art of pasta-making, the quality of the wheat used is what makes Granoro's dried pasta different.
