Yorkshire Blue Creamy, sweet and mild, Shepherds Purse Yorkshire Blue is made with milk from proud Yorkshire cows. Launched in 1995, Yorkshire Blue was our first blue cheese, our first cheese made from cow’s milk, and the first blue cheese to be made in Yorkshire for 30 years. Tunworth The Hampshire Creamery’s take on a classic camembert, this soft, white-rinded cheese has a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavor. Mrs Kirkham’s Tasty Lancashire Crumbly and rich with a savoury tang, this is a traditionally made Lancashire cheese, cloth bound, buttered and full of flavour. There's a satisfying citrusy acidic tang to this cheese which has what the locals call a ‘buttery crumble in texture’. Pexommier Organic Brie Produced by the Pextenement Cheese Company, this soft and runny cheese is made using only the organic milk of their own herd of cows in Todmorden, Yorkshire, and is delivered to you after two to four weeks of maturing.
